I have support this store since it opened. I live a mile away. I have never had any issues with going there and walking in to get a haircut. The hair cuts have been fine and I have no issues with that. What I do have issues with is they now expect you to use an app to get an appointment,REALLY! You have just discriminated against a whole generation who just wants a hair cut and has had enough of the needs an app routine. Who does technology improve a hair cut? NEVER. I see Hiring signs there all the time and the staff turns over frequently, why is that? Well, the app generation does not tip and if they do its not much to live on. good luck with your new business plan of NO customer service, NO help because the money is not there and best of luck trying to survive on the app only crowd! #IBANSPORTSCLIPS

We are sorry to hear that you do not like the new online checkin app. We have received mostly positive feedback since it has been introduced due to the decreased wait times in the store. While the app is not for everyone, we still have our walk in option. Many clients walk in and check in and then run errands before returning. We sincerely appreciate your feedback.
